1、我社按客人报名先后顺序排位，预先给客人编排好车位，请客人自觉礼让，听从导游安排，自觉礼让、尊老爱幼；
2、游客在旅途中应时刻留意个人人身和财产安全，游客应妥善保管个人财物，尤其是贵重物品，请随身携带，旅行社对财物丢失不承担任何责任；
3、如遇不可抗力因素（如交通阻塞、塌方、台风、地震、洪水、恶劣天气等原因），造成行程变更或取消行程，不视为旅行社违约，未能完成游览的景点我社只按旅行社协议门票价格退还，并参照按《广东省国内旅游组团合同》处理；
4、离团说明：客人擅自、强行离团或不参加行程内的某项团队活动（景点等），我社视客人自动放弃行程，发生此类情况一切后果请客人自行承担，客人离团期间的一切行为与旅行社无关；根据交通部门的通知，为保证游客乘车安全，严格要求旅行社的用车不能超载，若超载司机会被扣分或吊销牌照，并会进行罚款，所以即使是手抱婴儿也会安排一正座。一般 1.2 米以下的婴儿只收往返车位费，出发当天不能携带未报名的游客；
5、18 岁以下未成年人参团需监护人陪同或授权委托书；65 岁以上老人参团需填写健康申明，70-75 周岁（孕妇及超75 周岁恕不接待）的老人须需填写健康申明、免责声明并有看护人陪同方可参团，否则不予接待，见谅；
6、此线路产品，旅行社可根据实际收客情况，沿途顺路增加/减少/变更上下车点，实际上下车点以出团通知、导游通知为准，敬请客人谅解！
1.Seating arrangements are assigned by our company based on the order of booking. Pre-assigned seats will be provided. Passengers are requested to be courteous, follow the guide's instructions, respect the elderly, and care for the young.

2.Tourists should always be mindful of their personal and property safety during the trip. Please safeguard your personal belongings, especially valuables, which should be carried with you at all times. The travel agency assumes no responsibility for the loss of property.

3.In the event of force majeure (such as traffic jams, landslides, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, severe weather, etc.) causing itinerary changes or cancellations, this shall not be deemed a breach of contract by the travel agency. For unattended scenic spots, we will only refund the admission price based on our agreed contractual rate. Matters will be handled in accordance with the "Guangdong Province Domestic Group Tour Contract."

4.Departure from Group: If a client leaves the group without authorization, forcibly departs, or refuses to participate in any included group activity (e.g., visiting a scenic spot), our company will consider this an automatic forfeiture of the itinerary. In such cases, the client shall bear all consequences. The travel agency is not responsible for any actions of the client during the period of departure. According to transportation authorities, to ensure passenger safety, there are strict regulations against overloading tour vehicles. Overloading may result in points deduction, license suspension, or fines for the driver. Therefore, even an infant held in arms will occupy a regular seat. Typically, infants under 1.2 meters tall are only charged for the round-trip seat fare. Unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited on the departure day.

5.Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a guardian or provide a letter of authorization to join the tour. Seniors aged 65 and above must complete a health declaration. Seniors aged 70-75 (pregnant women and individuals over 75 cannot be accommodated) must complete a health declaration, a liability waiver, and be accompanied by a caregiver to join the tour. Otherwise, we regret that we cannot accept the booking.

6.For this tour product, the travel agency may add, reduce, or change pick-up/drop-off points along the route based on actual booking situations. Actual pick-up/drop-off points shall be subject to the final tour notification and the guide's instructions. Your understanding is appreciated.
